Account deletion

You can delete your Bomba account and associated data at any time. Deleting your account removes or anonymizes the personal information associated with your account as described below. Because Bomba uses virtual points only, there is no balance to settle before you delete.

Delete from within the app

1. Open your profileIn the Bomba app, open the Profile tab.
2. Open SettingsTap Settings from your profile.
3. Select "Delete Account"Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm when prompted.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal information tied to it, including:

• Your account profile — your email address, display name, in-app username/handle, and profile avatar color.
• Your predictions — the predictions (picks) you submitted are deleted or anonymized so they are no longer tied to your account.
• Your virtual points and balances — in-game points and balances associated with your account are deleted or anonymized.
• Your league membership — your membership in private leagues is removed. Historical league records may remain in aggregated or de-identified form where needed to preserve league history.
• Any other personal data tied to your account.

Some limited records may be retained for up to 30 days where required by law, or for legitimate operational reasons such as preventing abuse, resolving disputes, or maintaining security and diagnostic logs. Backup copies may take longer to expire through normal backup cycles. We may also keep aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer be associated with you.

Timeline

Account deletions are typically completed within 30 days of your request. We may take additional time where reasonably necessary to complete deletion across backups and security logs, but deleted account data will no longer be used to provide the Service.
